Today we are covering Think, Decide and Act, which is the Tin the CRAFT Change Process. The CRAFT Change Process is a practice that allows students to make better and healthier choices in their everyday life through fun and engaging activities!

Think, Decide & Act is the last step of the CRAFT Change Process, and it is the most important step because you are taking all the acronyms of C, R, A, and F to ultimately make a final decision. Being able to make quick and effective decisions to create the best possible outcome is important and through activities with peak team, this allows the youth to practice these skills.

This activity is called “Bandanna Panda Says”, no materials are necessary. You can either follow the video’s directions or have a parent/guardian lead this activity with you.
