The world has changed in many ways due to COVID-19, but one thing that has not, is that we must continue to live our lives. Even then, our lives may not be the same as it used to. Therefore, we have had to adapt. Adapt is one word that is more prevalent now then ever when discussing the pandemic. STRYV365 has one major quality that has stuck out, which is adaptability. From the start, STRYV365 had many in person and direct services, therefore, we had no choice but to go virtual. It was new to everyone, but STRYV365 was able to adapt and create an effective program to continue its mission of eliminating childhood trauma. From the start, STRYV365 has built its program to understand that each and every person is different, and that you cannot address each child or situation one exact same way. Being adaptable is an important strategy in helping each and every individual and creating an effective program that will address any unexpected turns. STRYV365 will continue to find ways to be effective. To continue serving individuals, we must understand everyone comes from different backgrounds, experiences, and circumstances. Not one thing can be applied to many, so having adaptability is a major focus no matter what.
